|I am a performer and dance maker interested in collaboration and independently creating my own work. In 2010, I certified in Alexander Technique and am currently a PhD candidate in Dance Theory and Practice at Texas Woman’s University. I love working with community collaborators and other artists to create interesting conversations through movement. My favorite time is spent in rehearsal-making, thinking about making, and experimenting with dances.
I have taught all kinds of dance to all kinds of people.
"Dance, when you're broken open. Dance, if you've torn the bandage off. Dance in the middle of the fighting. Dance in your blood. Dance when you're perfectly free."
